Who can leverage the ITSAC?

Over 6,200 state and local government agencies across the country buy IT Services, such as IT Staff Augmentation, using DIR Cooperative Contracts. By partnering with CornerStone, you can streamline your procurement and contracting process by utilizing the ITSAC. Procurement Process for DIR Customers

How to Order

Eligible Texas DIR customers can procure IT professionals through one of the following methods:

Request for Resumes (RFR)

For staff augmentation, customers may issue a Request for Resumes (RFR) to receive qualified candidates who meet their technical and project requirements.

Steps to Submit an RFR:

Define staffing needs, including job roles, required skill sets and contract duration.
Submit an RFR request to DIRrequest@cornerstonestaffing.com.
Receive prescreened candidates matching agency requirements.
Review, interview and select preferred candidates.
Issue a purchase order under the ITSAC program.

Statement of Work (SOW)

For project-based engagements, customers may issue a Statement of Work (SOW) for milestone-driven IT services that require defined project scopes, deliverables and timelines. Steps to Engage via SOW:

Define the scope of work, deliverables and timeline.
Submit an SOW request to DIRrequest@cornerstonestaffing.com.
Receive a proposal outlining resource allocation and project execution.
Approve and initiate engagement with dedicated IT professionals.
